📌 Terms & Acceptance

By accessing and using the Unfollow You application, you agree to be strictly bound by these Terms of Use. You accept that you are solely responsible for your compliance with any applicable local laws and Instagram's terms of service.

💳 Subscriptions & PRO Features

Unfollow You offers auto-renewing subscriptions (PRO packages) unlocking premium analytics. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage cancellations directly through your App Store Account Settings.

⚖️ Absolute Limitation of Liability

You use this application entirely at your own risk. In no event shall Unfollow You, its developer, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of followers, account suspensions, action blocks, bans, or permanent removal of your Instagram account. We provide no guarantee that the app will function uninterrupted or without errors.

The materials and analytics provided within Unfollow You are provided strictly on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied. Unfollow You is entirely independent and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated in any way with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

🛡️ Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer of Unfollow You from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the app, or your violation of these Terms.

🍎 Standard Apple EULA

This agreement incorporates by reference the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. Where a conflict arises, these terms supersede the standard EULA regarding liability limits.

💳 Abonelikler ve PRO Özellikler

Unfollow You, premium analizlerin kilidini açan otomatik yenilenen abonelikler (PRO paketleri) sunar. Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Abonelik iptallerini App Store Hesap Ayarları üzerinden yönetebilirsiniz.

⚖️ Kesin Sorumluluk Reddi ve Sınırlandırması

Bu uygulamayı kullanmanın tüm riski tamamen size aittir. Hiçbir durumda Unfollow You, geliştiricisi veya bağlı kuruluşları doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki hiçbir zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Buna; veri kaybı, takipçi kaybı, Instagram hesabınızın askıya alınması, işlem engeli yemesi, kapatılması (ban) veya kalıcı olarak silinmesi dahildir ancak bunlarla sınırlı değildir. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair hiçbir garanti vermemekteyiz.

⚠️ Bağımsız Kuruluş Beyanı

Unfollow You uygulamasındaki materyaller ve analizler kesinlikle "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulmaktadır. Açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti vermiyoruz. Unfollow You tamamen bağımsızdır ve Instagram veya Meta Platforms, Inc. ile hiçbir bağlantısı, sponsorluğu, onayı veya ortaklığı BULUNMAMAKTADIR.

🛡️ Tazminat

Uygulamaya erişiminizden, kullanımınızdan veya bu Koşulları ihlal etmenizden doğacak her türlü iddia, yükümlülük, zarar, kayıp ve masrafa (yasal ücretler dahil) karşı Unfollow You geliştiricisini tazmin etmeyi, savunmayı ve zararsız tutmayı kabul edersiniz.

🍎 Standart Apple EULA

Bu sözleşme, Apple Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni referans olarak dahil eder. Sorumluluk sınırları konusunda bir çelişki olması durumunda, bu sözleşmedeki şartlar geçerli olacaktır.
